I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adults overcome anxiety, stress, and fears, improve interpersonal as well as intrapersonal relationships, and navigate other challenges in life. My work focuses on helping clients gain insight into their lives and develop skills and tools that they can use for the rest of their lives. I enjoy hearing my client's stories and providing them with specific tasks that allow them to work on and overcome their struggles outside of session.
